What you'll do

As a Project Manager at RAPP, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise.

You will utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Jira to track progress and manage resources effectively. Your expertise in Excel and PowerPoint will be essential for creating reports and presentations that communicate project outcomes to clients and internal teams. You will also facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input from team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project objectives.

In addition to managing project timelines and budgets, you will be responsible for identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. Your ability to drive results will be crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.
