What you'll do

As a Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for our customers and prospects, working to develop and implement solutions that meet their specific needs. You will collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and present tailored solutions that leverage Benchling’s R&D Cloud. Your role will involve interfacing with complex IT environments, ensuring that our solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.

You will engage with senior leaders in scientific and IT departments, establishing trust and credibility from the outset. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you translate customer requirements into technical specifications. You will work closely with product leaders and professional services teams to ensure that the solutions you propose are not only feasible but also deliver maximum value.

In this role, you will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in biotechnology and software technologies. This knowledge will enable you to provide informed recommendations to clients and help them navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of life sciences.
