Decagon is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to focus on hiring senior and executive-level technical leaders. You'll partner closely with founders and senior leaders to build the leadership layer across Engineering, Product, and Design. This role requires deep knowledge of the AI talent landscape and a strong network of top-tier candidates.
You have a proven track record in technical recruitment, particularly in hiring for senior and executive-level positions. Your experience spans at least 5 years, during which you've developed a keen understanding of the AI talent landscape and built a robust network of top-tier candidates. You thrive in environments that require agility and adaptability, and you are comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining high expectations. Your ability to use data proactively to inform decision-making sets you apart, as does your sharp eye for talent and clear philosophy on what distinguishes exceptional candidates from the great ones.
You bring deep knowledge of the AI industry and its talent dynamics, which allows you to identify and attract the best candidates in the field. Your experience in partnering with leadership teams to shape organizational design and define exceptional talent criteria is invaluable. You are not just a recruiter; you are a strategic partner who understands the nuances of building a world-class organization.
In this role, you will focus on hiring senior and executive-level technical leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design. You will partner closely with founders and senior leaders to understand their vision and translate that into effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing recruitment plans that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. You will leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate discussions that lead to successful hires. Additionally, you will analyze hiring metrics and trends to continuously improve the recruitment process and address any challenges proactively.
