You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in building scalable applications. Your expertise in Java and Python allows you to tackle complex problems effectively, and you have a solid understanding of AI and machine learning principles. In this role, you will join Faculty's Technology team to significantly scale the Frontier Decision Intelligence platform. You will be responsible for designing and developing features that enhance the platform's capabilities, ensuring it meets the needs of large-scale organizations. Your work will involve collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to create solutions that leverage AI to optimize decision-making processes.
You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and deployment. Your contributions will directly impact the performance and reliability of the platform, and you will be expected to participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers. You will also have the opportunity to explore innovative approaches to problem-solving and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team.
