With a minimum of 3 years in a team lead or management role, you excel in organizational management and can establish and achieve team OKRs. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret various data sets to inform decision-making and drive results. You are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers and have a proven track record of managing merchant networks successfully.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage Rocket Now's major merchant accounts, ensuring that their needs are met while driving growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for data analysis and management to achieve sales goals, collaborating closely with relevant departments to discuss and strategize on sales activities. Handling complex projects with merchants will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring flexible judgment and strong decision-making skills to address internal and external critical issues. You will lead your team in planning and executing growth strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to transform the food delivery industry in Japan.
