Flexport is hiring a Senior Air Operations Associate to manage complex airfreight operations and lead a team in Taipei. This role requires problem-solving skills and experience in air operations management.
You have a strong background in air operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. You are ready to step into a leadership role, guiding a small team while ensuring high-quality execution of airfreight operations. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where accuracy and timeliness are critical. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure that shipments move smoothly. You are passionate about process improvements and are eager to mentor and coach your teammates to build the next generation of operations leaders.
In this role, you will oversee the airfreight operations, ensuring that all shipments are handled with care and delivered on time. You will act as the first escalation point for any issues that arise, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex cases efficiently.
