Multiverse is seeking a VP of Product (AI Adoption) to develop and scale their AI Adoption platform. This role requires a customer-centric leader with experience in launching new software products.
You are an exceptional leader with a strong background in product management, particularly in the tech and AI sectors. With a proven track record of developing and launching innovative software products, you understand the intricacies of bringing a product to market. Your experience ideally includes working as a founder or a core team member in an early-stage startup, where you have demonstrated your ability to drive product vision and strategy. You are highly customer-centric, always seeking to understand user needs and how to deliver value effectively. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, empowering your team to excel in their roles. You are passionate about upskilling and transforming the workforce through technology, aligning with Multiverse's mission to equip individuals with essential skills for the AI era.
Experience in the EdTech sector or with apprenticeship programs would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in learning and development is also desirable. You should be comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and have a knack for building strong relationships with partners and customers alike.
In this role, you will report directly to the Founder & CEO of Multiverse, taking on the responsibility of developing, launching, and scaling the AI Adoption platform. You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure the product meets market needs and delivers measurable ROI for customers. Your role will involve defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market research, and overseeing the execution of product launches. You will also be responsible for establishing key performance indicators to measure the success of the platform and iterating on the product based on user data and feedback. As a leader, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
