What you'll do

In this role, you will lead some of Faire's most critical initiatives, collaborating with various teams to accelerate execution and improve alignment. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key to your success, as you will be responsible for driving programs from concept to completion.

You will partner with senior leaders to develop strategies that leverage technology and data to enhance business operations. Your role will involve translating technical complexity into clear plans that can be understood by non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
