In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Earnin's employees, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly. You will assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software, as well as maintain existing systems. You will troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide support for various applications used within the company. You will document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience. You will also participate in training sessions to help employees understand how to use technology effectively.
