As a Transportation Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in the Transportation Operation Center (TOC) — your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to fulfillment centers and from fulfillment centers to carrier hubs. You will monitor operations closely, stepping in to resolve any exceptions that may arise during the transportation process.
You will work across both inbound and outbound operations, managing relationships with vendors, carriers, and fulfillment centers — your ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders will be key to your success. You will address any issues that occur during the lifecycle of freight movement, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer expectations.
