What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, providing support for Robinhood's derivatives products. You will assist customers with inquiries related to margin, options, and futures, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed investment decisions. You will work closely with the Advanced Services team to address complex topics and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Your role will involve educating customers about the features and benefits of Robinhood's derivatives offerings, helping them navigate the platform effectively.

You will also contribute to building the brand of Robinhood Derivatives, LLC, by providing feedback on customer experiences and suggesting improvements to enhance service delivery. Your insights will be valuable in shaping the future of the product suite as you engage with power customers and help them achieve their investment objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
