You are a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong curiosity for optimizing paid media campaigns. You have experience managing campaigns across various platforms and are comfortable analyzing performance metrics to drive customer acquisition. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with senior marketers, creative teams, and product partners to enhance campaign effectiveness. Your hands-on approach allows you to continuously test and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates and efficiency. You are familiar with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CVR, CAC, and ROAS, and you use these metrics to inform your decisions. You are eager to grow your performance marketing skillset in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
In this role, you will execute and optimize paid media campaigns across performance channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. You will support customer acquisition funnel optimization by monitoring performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements. Analyzing campaign performance using core KPIs will be a key part of your responsibilities, and you will share insights with the broader marketing team to inform strategy. You will build and refine audience targeting and segmentation to enhance conversion rates and traffic quality. Collaborating with creative and marketing teams, you will test ad copy, visuals, and landing page variations to maximize campaign performance. Running A/B tests and structured experiments will be essential to your role, allowing you to improve campaign performance over time. You will assist with budget pacing and channel-level optimizations to ensure efficient spend, and help develop and execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to convert high-intent users. Maintaining accurate reporting and dashboards to track performance and surface trends will also be part of your daily tasks.
At Phoenix, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact customer acquisition and growth. You will be part of a team that values data-driven decision-making and encourages continuous learning and development.
