Dandy is seeking a Clinical Support Trainer & CX Expert to drive clinical adoption and customer excellence in the dental industry. This hybrid role involves delivering training and advanced clinical support, ensuring practices confidently adopt digital workflows.
You have a strong background in clinical support and training, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry. Your experience includes delivering high-impact onboarding and coaching clinicians through digital workflows, ensuring they feel confident and supported in their practices. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information in an understandable manner. You are adaptable and thrive in a role that requires both technical expertise and customer interaction. Your ability to resolve technical clinical issues makes you a trusted authority among clinicians. You are comfortable with travel, as this role includes up to 50% travel for in-practice training and support.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering localized, high-impact onboarding sessions, both virtually and in-practice, to build clinician confidence with scanning and digital workflows. You will observe workflows and provide real-time coaching to reinforce best practices and elevate scan quality. Your role will also involve acting as the clinical authority for training and customer experience, ensuring that practices adopt digital workflows confidently. You will work closely with the market launch team to shape customer success and market readiness, playing a crucial role in the long-term digital adoption of Dandy's solutions.
