Okta is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for their Enterprise team to drive territory growth and cultivate relationships with existing customers. You'll focus on providing value to Application Development teams and require experience in sales and security.
You are a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in sales, particularly in the enterprise sector. With a passion for security, you understand the importance of protecting against identity threats and are eager to drive growth in your territory. You have experience working with Application Development teams, including Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture, and you thrive on building relationships that foster long-term success. Experience in the identity management space is a plus, as is familiarity with the Okta and Auth0 platforms. As the Regional Sales Manager for Auth0, you will be responsible for driving territory growth through both acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. You will work closely with your Okta ecosystem to ensure that you are providing the best solutions to your clients. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs of Application Development teams and articulating how Auth0 can add value to their security and authentication processes. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to your success, as you will need to align your sales strategies with product development and marketing initiatives.
