ClearBank is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business opportunities across Europe North. You'll be responsible for executing targeted sales campaigns and offering innovative perspectives to clients. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in the financial services sector.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the financial services sector, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex sales processes. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, and you understand the importance of offering unique insights that challenge conventional thinking. You are results-driven and have a strong understanding of the banking landscape in Europe, particularly in the Benelux, Nordics, Baltic countries, and Ireland. You are adaptable and ready to embrace the challenges that come with transforming the banking industry.
Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus, as is familiarity with innovative banking solutions. You are comfortable using data to inform your sales strategies and can articulate the value of ClearBank's offerings to potential clients. A network of contacts within the financial services industry would be advantageous, as would any experience with large client segments.
In your role as a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for originating sustainable new business opportunities for ClearBank in the Europe North region. You will create and execute targeted sales campaigns aimed at large clients, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and offering unique perspectives that challenge their current business models. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and other team members to develop strategies that drive growth and innovation within the organization. You will also be expected to report on your sales activities and outcomes, providing insights that can help shape future campaigns.
