Who you are

As an Inside Sales Representative at AppDirect, you are eager to help some of the nation’s largest and most innovative technology providers connect with new customers. You thrive on engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You are excited about mastering the complete sales cycle, from crafting proposals to closing deals, and you are ready to learn how to hunt, discover, and win new business by showcasing the real value of our offerings.

You are a team player who enjoys being part of an Omni-team, representing top telecom providers like Spectrum, Comcast, Verizon, and CenturyLink. Your advice is trusted and unbiased as you guide customers toward the right fits for their businesses. You are also keen to expand your impact by offering leading-edge SaaS solutions such as M365 and Google Workspace, becoming an expert in the full suite of technology tools we deliver.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work with live inbound calls and online opt-in leads, engaging prospects to understand their needs and deliver the perfect solutions. You will be responsible for crafting tailored proposals that resonate with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our offerings. Your role will involve learning the ins and outs of the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring that you are equipped to handle various customer inquiries and objections.

You will collaborate closely with your team to represent top telecom providers and ensure that you are providing unbiased advice to customers. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their unique challenges will be crucial in guiding them toward the best solutions. You will also have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of SaaS products, enhancing your ability to serve customers effectively.
