Innovation is what makes our team tick. We improve our customers’ experiences, forging partnerships, striking deals, and driving strategies across a wide span of verticals.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the team for you.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Lead focused on empowering the team with AI-enabled solutions and process improvements that enhance our effectiveness. You'll be the bridge between business needs and technological possibilities, focusing on real-world applications that drive immediate value while setting the team up for the future.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who understands both business processes and the potential of AI to transform them. You should be passionate about innovation but practical in implementation, focusing on solutions that deliver real business value. This role requires someone who can build consensus, drive adoption, and maintain focus on business outcomes while navigating technological change.

• Partner with technical teams (product and engineering) to define solutions and support their development

• Own and optimize team operational infrastructure, including CRM and tracking tools implementation

• Drive automation across workspace platforms to reduce manual processes

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- • Advanced expertise in modern workspace platforms, including:
- Deep experience with Airtable (including custom automation, API integration, and complex formula creation)
- Proficiency in Notion (including database relationships, templates, and workflow automation)
- Experience with SmartSheet or similar enterprise project management tools
- Understanding of workspace tool integration capabilities and limitations
- • Demonstrated experience building automated workflows across multiple platforms
