Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for customers to maximize their use of AI technologies, and you are committed to helping them achieve their desired outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join Anthropic's Customer Success team, focusing on driving AI adoption across the Digital Native Business segment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of innovative companies, helping them harness the full potential of Claude capabilities, including API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of each customer's strategic direction and AI vision, and working closely with them to identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives. You will provide best practices and guidance as customers' usage evolves, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. You will collaborate with the broader account team to align on customer strategies and drive engagement. Your role will also involve tracking customer satisfaction and success metrics, and proactively addressing any challenges that arise. You will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they see value in their partnership with Anthropic.
