You are proactive in identifying supply risks and have a proven track record of executing root-cause analyses to mitigate these risks.

You are a natural leader, capable of mentoring and guiding your team through the end-to-end P2P process. Experience in managing chilled supply chains or similar operations is a plus. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the operational ramp-up for our new chilled Hub operations, managing the onboarding of multiple suppliers and ensuring product availability from day one. You will drive the end-to-end P2P process via HelloConnect, acting as a functional lead and mentor for your team. Your focus will be on optimizing lead times and minimum order quantities to enhance operational efficiency.

You will serve as the primary partner for our third-party vendors, overseeing budgeting and performance while implementing standard operating procedures. Your strategic vendor management will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that all parties are aligned with our operational goals.

You will develop comprehensive supply plans that are closely aligned with demand forecasts, maintaining healthy inventory turnover and safety stock levels for your category. Your proactive approach will involve identifying supply risks and leading root-cause analyses to address any issues that arise.
