Darkroom is seeking a Senior Retention Marketing Manager to lead CRM strategies and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise in retention marketing.
You are a seasoned CRM strategist with a strong background in retention marketing, bringing at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your expertise lies in developing and executing effective customer retention strategies that drive engagement and loyalty. You possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, allowing you to craft compelling marketing campaigns while also measuring their impact through data-driven insights. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, collaborating with product, design, and analytics to create a seamless customer experience. You have a deep understanding of customer behavior and are adept at using CRM tools to segment audiences and personalize communications. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance marketing efforts and improve customer satisfaction.
Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends. You are proactive in staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies that can enhance retention strategies. A background in performance marketing or data analytics would also be beneficial, as it complements your retention marketing expertise.
