DoorDash is seeking a Lead Business Recruiter to lead Director-level searches across non-technical functions. You'll partner with executives to develop inclusive search strategies and build diverse leadership teams. You have a proven track record in leadership recruiting, with experience managing Director-level searches across various non-technical functions such as G&A, Sales, Strategy & Operations, and CXI. Your ability to develop inclusive search strategies and advise senior stakeholders is a key strength, allowing you to influence hiring decisions effectively. You thrive in building long-term relationships with top talent and have a deep understanding of the market dynamics that drive successful recruitment.

You are skilled in cultivating external talent networks and have a knack for identifying high-impact candidates who align with the company's growth objectives. Your experience in full-cycle recruiting ensures that you can manage active searches efficiently while maintaining a focus on exceptional search quality. You understand the importance of diversity in leadership and are committed to fostering inclusive hiring practices.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment like a tech startup or a high-growth company would be beneficial. What you'll do
