Netlify is seeking a Staff GTM Engineer to enhance their go-to-market strategies through engineering and AI innovation. You'll work on building internal tools and workflows that unify data across sales, marketing, and product usage. This role requires expertise in full-stack development and a strategic mindset.
You have extensive experience in full-stack development, ideally with a strong background in building internal tools and systems that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in AI and automation allows you to create intelligent workflows that drive revenue outcomes and improve customer value. You understand the importance of connecting customer needs with go-to-market execution, and you are passionate about leveraging technology to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
You thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, revenue operations, and product management. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders makes you an effective bridge between teams. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are driven by results.
Experience with revenue operations and a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes will set you apart.
