What You’ll Do:

Design and develop secure, scalable, high-performance software.
Work across the full SDLC — from concept and architecture to delivery and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical features.
Lead by example in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to system architecture decisions.
Support and troubleshoot production systems as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend improvements to processes and technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in any of the following languages C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, Java, PHP. We work in our own product, so the open positions are usually using one or more of these technologies.
Experience working with SQL.
Experience working with AWS services (Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, etc.).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Hybrid Work in Cochabamba

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in our Cochabamba office. You’ll collaborate both in-person and remotely with our global engineering teams.
