In this impactful role, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business pipelines and accounts. You will maximize your team's efforts to prospect and close new opportunities, efficiently scale headcount and productivity, and continuously improve sales strategy in your market. You will establish quotas, forecast pipeline and revenue, and monitor progress to ensure your team meets its revenue and profitability goals.
You will coach your team on the entire sales process, including strategy, lead generation, managing evaluations and product trials, negotiation, contracting, and closing. Your role will involve hiring and developing Account Executives for all business segments, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to succeed. You will collaborate heavily with Customer Success leadership in the US market to ensure new business strategies are customer-aligned and effective.
You will also build, prioritize, and forecast team pipeline using our tech stack, leveraging data to inform your decisions and strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring and growing your Account Executive team's capabilities over time, helping them use insights to overcome objections and craft compelling value-based solutions.
