Databricks is hiring a Resource Manager to strategically manage resourcing for customer projects. You'll collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely access to talent and expertise. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills.
You have experience in resource management, ideally within a customer success or services organization. You understand the importance of matching talent with project needs and can assess personnel requirements effectively. You are proactive in engaging with delivery partners and resolving resource challenges, ensuring that project goals are met. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with project managers and other teams.
Experience in data and AI projects is a plus, as is familiarity with project management methodologies. You are data-driven and can analyze resource productivity and utilization to optimize workflows.
As a Resource Manager at Databricks, you will be responsible for managing the resourcing for all potential and assigned projects. You will work closely with project managers to identify and assign the right resources, ensuring that they are prepared and able to engage as planned. Your role will involve driving transparency in the resourcing workflow, from pipeline to project start. You will also be tasked with addressing any delivery challenges and managing expectations with stakeholders.
