You have a strong analytical background with proven experience in driving process improvements — you've successfully executed inventory strategies that optimize sales and enhance customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels is essential, as you will be collaborating closely with retail and operations partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving results while maintaining excellent in-stock rates for your category or region.
Your experience includes monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure inventory health — you understand the core drivers of in-stock performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment are key traits that you possess, allowing you to adapt to new challenges as they arise. You are goal-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative team culture that is driven to achieve results.
