Who you are

You have a strong analytical background with proven experience in driving process improvements — you've successfully executed inventory strategies that optimize sales and enhance customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels is essential, as you will be collaborating closely with retail and operations partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving results while maintaining excellent in-stock rates for your category or region.

Your experience includes monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure inventory health — you understand the core drivers of in-stock performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment are key traits that you possess, allowing you to adapt to new challenges as they arise. You are goal-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative team culture that is driven to achieve results.

Desirable

Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations would be a plus, as well as familiarity with tools that enhance workflow efficiency. A background in retail or e-commerce can also be beneficial, as it provides context for the challenges faced in maintaining optimal stock levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent in-stock rates for your assigned category and/or region — this involves executing inventory strategies that optimize sales, turns, and overall inventory health. You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators, taking ownership of the metrics that drive your success. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you dive deep into the core drivers of in-stock performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in tools and workflows.
