What you'll do

In your role as a Partner Service Agent, you will oversee the handling of complex queries and escalations from our restaurant partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include navigating through intricate issues and requirements, seeking out the best resolutions, and ensuring that partners are kept informed throughout the process. You will work primarily on non-live channels but will also engage in calls or other forms of contact based on customer preferences. As you progress in your role, you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and the Middle East, gaining insights into the global marketplace and contributing to best practices across teams.
