Job Description

EU AMZL Process Learning is looking for a Learning Quality Coordinator to support the ongoing defect reduction program, Content Management System (Policy 2.0) Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) audits and upcoming projects with focus on developments with a passion for innovation, problem solving and aim to think big.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work side by side with a group of exceptionally driven, customer-obsessed Central Operations, Trans Forecasting and Capacity Planning managers, all while analyzing systemic defects and coordinating solutions to challenging problems

Key job responsibilities
• Lead weekly defect reduction calls with Central Operations functions to review trends and to identify gaps in process, training or tools, then define corrective or preventive actions.
• Prepare and send weekly reports to Central Operations, Trans Forecasting and Capacity Planning managers to share the latest information concerning defect data, ongoing actions and progress on new joiners quality performance.
• Coordinate monthly SOPs audits to ensure they are always up to date and act as Key User for the Policy 2.0 platform. Promote SOPs upgrade to reduce defects, prevent stress and improve the learning experience of our schedulers while reading.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced level of English- Experience utilizing root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and/or Six Sigma.
- Willingness to work in different areas.
- Candidates must be very organized and able to handle multiple and changing projects/priorities.
