You have a proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving value through technical solutions. With your expertise in the DevOps space, you understand the intricacies of integrating tools into existing processes and practices. You excel at uncovering corporate objectives and aligning them with technical capabilities, ensuring that clients see the full potential of LaunchDarkly. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to facilitate holistic conversations that lead to comprehensive solutions. You are adaptable and open to learning, encouraging clients to consider additional services that can enhance their overall business goals.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with technical partners to drive optimal customer experiences. Your networking skills enable you to expand your influence and create synergies that benefit both clients and LaunchDarkly. You are proactive in identifying innovative integration opportunities and advising clients on effective strategies that align with their objectives. You understand that change management is crucial in this role, and you are equipped to guide clients through the process of adopting new solutions.

Desirable

Experience in a customer success or account management role within a technology company is a plus. Familiarity with software development processes and tools will enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. A background in project management can also be beneficial as you help clients navigate their journey with LaunchDarkly.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Technical Account Manager, you will lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences and build lasting partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to address their technical challenges and align LaunchDarkly with their business goals. You will create tailored Success Plans that optimize the use of LaunchDarkly, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform. Your role will involve finding innovative integration opportunities and advising new business units on effective strategies to leverage LaunchDarkly's capabilities.

You will work closely with the Revenue Account Team to drive mutual value and build strong relationships with clients. This includes promoting the advanced use of LaunchDarkly in existing accounts and expanding your network within the industry. You will act as a trusted advisor, using your technical expertise to facilitate discussions that lead to comprehensive solutions. Your ability to understand customer objectives will enable you to provide frameworks and guidance on change management, helping clients consider additional core services that fit their overall business goals.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction and ensuring that their needs are met. You will gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the customer experience and identify areas for growth. Your proactive approach will help you stay ahead of client needs and foster long-term partnerships that drive success for both LaunchDarkly and its clients.
