Webflow is seeking a Manager, Growth Sales to lead and scale their sales team within the Growth segment. You'll drive strategy and execution for Account Executives responsible for pipeline generation and closing new business. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about coaching and developing talent within your team. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Customer Success. You are results-driven and have a strong focus on optimizing sales processes to enhance customer experiences. You understand the importance of accountability and continuous improvement in achieving sales excellence.
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-native platforms. A background in digital marketing or customer success can also be beneficial in understanding the customer journey and enhancing sales strategies.
