Overview

Angi is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their People Ops team. You'll partner with leaders across the business to drive engagement and support organizational strategy. This role requires a strategic and data-driven mindset.

You have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on strategic partnership and organizational development. Your experience includes working closely with leadership teams to align people practices with business goals. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform decisions and drive engagement across the organization. Desirable

Experience in the home services industry or a similar field is a plus. Familiarity with HR analytics tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Angi, you will play a crucial role in shaping the people strategy for the organization.
