Figma is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and maximize revenue with Enterprise customers. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver innovative solutions. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise environments.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the enterprise sector, where you've successfully built and nurtured relationships with key decision-makers. Your ability to understand complex business needs and deliver tailored solutions is second nature to you. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with executives and articulate the value of Figma's product suite. Your experience in applying discovery and value-selling techniques has equipped you to identify and align with business challenges, gaining sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments. You are results-driven and consistently meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating your commitment to success.
Experience in the design or software industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by our customers. Familiarity with Figma's platform and its capabilities will enable you to provide better solutions and insights to clients. A network of contacts within the enterprise sector can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Figma, you will create and manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts, ensuring that you consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. You will apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing customers, particularly those with over 5000 employees. Your role will involve aligning with executives on their business challenges and gaining sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of Figma's product suite.
You will conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of your clients and tailor your approach accordingly. By leveraging your expertise, you will deliver innovative solutions that address their unique challenges and drive value for their organizations. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at Figma to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our product roadmap, helping to shape the future of design and collaboration.
