Experience with risk-based testing and method lifecycle management is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven process improvements and a proactive approach to quality assurance will set you apart. A background in laboratory compliance with ICH Q7–Q10 and USP/NF standards is highly desirable.

What you'll do

As the Quality Control Manager, you will lead and oversee all QC testing activities for raw materials, in-process, finished goods, and stability samples. You will ensure that testing is performed according to validated or verified methods, including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, ICP-OES/MS, and more. Your role will involve reviewing and approving analytical data, ensuring that all results meet the required standards for accuracy and integrity. You will be responsible for maintaining current training matrices, instrument qualifications, and competency assessments for your team. Additionally, you will support succession planning and performance evaluations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. You will drive the implementation of risk-based testing and data-driven process improvements aligned with site and corporate quality objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining inspection readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
