MongoDB is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead the modernization and growth of their global demand engine. You'll oversee digital acquisition strategies and collaborate with various marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires extensive experience in demand generation and digital marketing.
You have over 10 years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to oversee complex marketing initiatives and lead global teams effectively. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to optimize marketing performance and ROI. You possess strong leadership skills and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing programs. Your expertise in digital acquisition channels, including paid media, SEO, and content marketing, enables you to develop innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about transforming marketing operations into a world-class capability.
Experience with AI-enabled marketing technologies and best practices from high-performing demand centers is a plus. Familiarity with partner marketing strategies, particularly with hyperscalers and technology partners, will enhance your ability to drive impactful campaigns.
As the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will lead the transformation of MongoDB’s global demand engine, ensuring it aligns with the company’s ambitious growth targets. You will introduce and operationalize best practices, standardizing processes and measurement across global teams. Your role will involve championing experimentation and automation to enhance marketing effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to create integrated, data-driven programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue. You will oversee digital acquisition strategies, including paid media, organic content, SEO, and email marketing, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing partner marketing efforts, working with technology partners and ISVs to expand MongoDB’s reach and impact.
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in the U.S., between $132,000 and $259,000, along with comprehensive benefits including parental leave, fertility assistance, and mental health counseling. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, collaborating with talented professionals in a supportive environment.
