You will be instrumental in capturing untapped potential and revitalizing the market with our innovative solutions and B2B services.
**About the Role**
We're looking for a senior B2B sales professional with a proven track record of driving new business. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes acquisition and possesses an unwavering growth mindset. As a key player in building Uber's B2B presence in South Korea, you will be relentless in your pursuit to bend the growth curve.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle: from analyzing the market fit and executing prospecting strategies to connecting with decision-makers, driving pipeline movement, and ensuring post-adoption success. Your ultimate goal is to fully empower organizations in South Korea with the power of Uber.
**Your Impact in Role**
- Prospect, pitch, and sell to Mid-Market businesses (250–2,000 employees).
- Articulate and deliver the value of the Uber for Business platform to corporate customers.
- Lead the entire sales motion, including qualification, education, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Proactively build, manage and accelerate a robust pipeline of opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Prioritize and engage with key decision-makers to accelerate the sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective account launches and successful deal closures.
- Continuously assess customer needs and align our value proposition to drive ongoing adoption.
**What You Will Need**
- Native-level Korean language ability with business-level English.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales and quota-carrying experience.
- The ability to operate with speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude.
- Strong commercial acumen and mature sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated and able to independently manage the full sales process from end to end.
- Analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of overachieving sales quotas is preferred
- Previous experience in a startup or B2B SaaS environment is preferred
