Businessolver is seeking an Integrations Analyst I/II to manage data exchange development for client configurations. You'll work in a remote capacity across the contiguous United States. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills.
You are an entry-level professional eager to dive into the world of data integrations. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable working with clients and vendors to gather and analyze requirements. You thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating with project teams to understand client-specific needs and file layouts. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of data integrations. You have a foundational understanding of data exchange processes and are keen to learn and grow in this field.
As an Integrations Analyst I/II at Businessolver, you will be responsible for all phases of new data exchange development. This includes documenting, updating, and communicating business requirements, executing the configuration of data files, overseeing testing, and facilitating on-time launches. You will work closely with project teams to implement data files for new client configurations, which may involve inbound HRIS census and benefits conversion data, outbound payroll deduction instruction files, and various other integrations. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with clients and vendors, ensuring that all requirements are gathered and analyzed thoroughly. You will coordinate with team members to understand the specific benefits structure of each client, contributing to the overall success of the integration process.
