You have 1-2 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales, demonstrating a strong track record in similar roles. You possess a solid understanding of technical concepts and have a genuine enthusiasm for technology, which allows you to effectively communicate with clients about data-related challenges. Your determination and courage to excel contribute to the growth of a transformative enterprise software company. You are results-oriented and thrive in a competitive environment, always looking for ways to improve your sales strategies and outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will cultivate expertise in value-based selling, focusing on big data and AI solutions. You will evaluate and prioritize inbound leads generated from marketing initiatives, ensuring that you maximize opportunities for conversion. Crafting personalized outreach strategies will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you engage in cold calling and social selling to qualify potential sales opportunities. You will devise compelling outreach campaigns targeting various buyer levels, including senior executives, to unlock opportunities in critical target accounts. Identifying and uncovering client requirements will be essential, as you progress discussions into sales prospects by demonstrating how Databricks can address their data-related challenges.
