Coupang is seeking a Business Marketing Manager to drive integrated online and offline marketing strategies. You'll manage campaigns across various platforms and utilize analytics tools to optimize performance. This role requires 3+ years of marketing experience and proficiency in English.
You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing environments — you've successfully executed integrated marketing campaigns that drive business objectives. Your proficiency in Advanced English allows you to communicate effectively with international stakeholders, ensuring that marketing strategies align with global standards. You possess strong insights into content marketing and are innovative, fast-learning, and collaborative. Your understanding of lifecycle or CRM marketing is a significant advantage, as it enables you to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Management experience is a plus, as is your background in advertising campaign management. If you have experience in recruiting or improving marketing funnels, you will find this role particularly rewarding. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will be crucial in optimizing marketing strategies.
In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels. You will plan, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with key business objectives. Your responsibilities will include directly managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on key platforms such as Job Portals, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (PMAX, Search), and Line (LAP). You will also own and execute offline marketing initiatives, including job fairs, info-sessions, and events, to support overall marketing goals.
You will track, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, focusing on metrics such as ROI and CPJ. Utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, you will ensure accurate campaign tracking and monitor user behavior to provide deep insights into campaign effectiveness. Your role will involve recommending budget adjustments for maximum efficiency based on your analysis.
