LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with large enterprise accounts in Australia. This role requires exceptional business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the software industry, and possess the ability to build and nurture relationships with large enterprise accounts. Your exceptional drive to generate new business is complemented by your strong business acumen and customer-centric approach. You thrive in environments where you can work autonomously and adapt to various challenges, wearing multiple hats as needed. Your self-motivation and ability to make informed decisions will be key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of collaboration and are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
Experience in the software industry, particularly in a fast-growing company, is highly desirable. Familiarity with account management and territory planning will give you an edge in this role. You should also have a strong understanding of the APAC market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
In this role, you will take ownership of large enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner. You will develop comprehensive territory and account plans to proactively drive outbound pipeline generation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring successful adoption of LaunchDarkly's solutions within these enterprises, coordinating closely with pre-and-post sales engineering and customer success teams. You will be expected to identify opportunities for expansion and work diligently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs will be crucial in driving results and achieving sales targets.
