What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for planning and managing the sorting and shipping of products at the delivery station. You will develop strategies for efficient delivery routes and ensure that operations run smoothly. You will collaborate with senior area managers to align on overall staffing and operational plans. Your role will also involve managing a team of staff, coordinating shifts, and ensuring that all operations meet safety and quality standards. You will regularly assess operational workflows and identify areas for improvement, working closely with senior management to implement effective solutions.
