Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a bachelor's degree and fluency in English. You have experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and possess the ability to manage brand metrics effectively. Your strong communication skills enable you to interact and coordinate with customers, gathering and presenting feedback to ensure competitive catalog quality.

You thrive in a structured environment where you can follow pre-defined processes and guidelines to achieve high levels of accuracy and productivity. You are adept at analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, which helps in improving operational goals and streamlining existing processes. Your problem-solving skills allow you to tackle customer and brand issues efficiently.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive programmatic improvements to catalog quality for Softlines and Beauty. You will follow established processes and guidelines to perform tasks with precision, ensuring that Amazon maintains a wide selection of products with accurate information. Your responsibilities will include maintaining records of work, tracking business workflows, and escalating deviations when necessary.

You will report audit results and communicate findings to your team and other stakeholders within the organization.
