What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Headway, you will lead the Patient Growth pod, focusing on driving sustainable user acquisition and revenue growth. You will develop and implement data-driven search marketing strategies that enhance our visibility and optimize the conversion funnel. Collaborating with engineering, marketing, data, and design teams, you will build scalable growth systems that maximize performance. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and iterate on strategies based on data insights. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our target audience, ensuring that our product offerings align with their expectations. You will manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that drive growth while balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals. You will present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing the direction of our growth strategy. You will mentor junior product managers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
