You have a strong background in cloud operations, ideally with experience in AWS services. You are skilled in applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customer needs. Your extensive experience with Linux allows you to provide valuable feedback to internal teams on service improvements. You enjoy collaborating with engineers and other AWS teams to reproduce and resolve complex issues. You are also comfortable driving communication during critical events and managing projects that enhance support-related processes. Mentoring new hires and developing training materials is something you find rewarding, as you believe in sharing knowledge to improve team performance.
As a Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon, you will work on critical and complex problems that span multiple AWS services.
