Who you are

You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong foundation in HR operations. You understand the importance of maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. Your experience with HR tools such as Zoho People or similar platforms is a strong plus, and you have a basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to employee engagement initiatives. You are organized and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. You will oversee the employee onboarding process, managing logistics and documentation to provide new hires with a seamless experience. Additionally, you will support offboarding processes by coordinating with internal teams to ensure all necessary steps are completed. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity across platforms. You will proactively identify gaps in employee documentation and processes, working to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. You will also help organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as events and surveys, to foster a positive workplace culture. Supporting payroll and benefits administration will be part of your duties, where you will coordinate inputs and ensure timely updates. Compliance with company policies and legal requirements will be a key focus in your role, as you deliver and refine HR reports and analyses to identify key employee trends.
