You have a strong background in technical program management, with experience leading complex engineering initiatives across cross-functional teams. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you thrive in environments where you can drive results with a sense of urgency and ownership. You are adaptable and can navigate ambiguous challenges, ensuring that programs move forward effectively. You have a proven ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, aligning priorities and removing roadblocks to achieve collective success.

You are familiar with program management frameworks and best practices, and you have experience championing the use of program management tools across an organization. Your technical expertise allows you to communicate effectively with engineering teams, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed smoothly. You understand the importance of executive communication and can articulate program goals and progress to senior leadership.

Desirable

Experience with AI productivity tools is a plus, as is a background working with platform or infrastructure groups in large organizations. You are comfortable using tools like Jira, Asana, and Airtable to manage projects and track progress, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.

In this role, you will lead the development, alignment, and execution of strategic engineering initiatives, defining clear roadmaps and ensuring successful delivery across cross-functional teams.
