Block is seeking a Channel Partnership Manager to support and manage relationships with Independent Contractors across the UK. This role focuses on onboarding and equipping contractors to bring new sellers to Square.
You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the technology or financial services sectors. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is exceptional, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can support others in achieving their goals. You understand the nuances of working with independent contractors and can effectively communicate the value of Square's offerings to them. You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that contractors are well-equipped to succeed in their roles. Your experience in onboarding processes allows you to streamline the integration of new partners into the Square ecosystem. You are adaptable and can navigate the evolving landscape of commerce and technology, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will be the primary support and relationship owner for Square's network of Independent Contractors across the UK. You will ensure that these contractors are successfully onboarded, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively bring new sellers to Square. You will work closely with internal teams to develop training materials and support systems that empower contractors to thrive. Your responsibilities will include monitoring contractor performance, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance their experience and effectiveness.
