Senior Product Designer (Consumer Growth)

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in consumer-focused projects — you understand user needs and can translate them into compelling design solutions. Your expertise in Figma allows you to create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate your design vision. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate complex challenges with ease, ensuring that your designs not only look great but also meet user needs.

You thrive in collaborative environments — working closely with UX researchers and cross-functional teams is second nature to you. You have a strong ability to influence and inspire others, helping to shape product direction through your design insights. Your strategic thinking enables you to balance user needs with business goals, driving growth through innovative design solutions.

You are comfortable with ambiguity and can lead strategic discovery and research initiatives — your experience allows you to develop an end-to-end design vision that drives consumer growth. You are passionate about understanding consumer behavior and leveraging insights to create impactful designs that resonate with users.

Desirable

Experience in AI-driven design solutions would be a plus, as you will be developing strategies to engage new consumer audiences in the age of AI. Familiarity with B2B platforms is also beneficial, as you will collaborate with various squads within Trustpilot.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for a new Growth squad within Trustpilot’s Consumer team. You will be responsible for driving discovery and research to understand consumer needs and opportunities, developing a comprehensive design vision that aligns with Trustpilot's mission. Your hands-on approach will allow you to create and test hypotheses rapidly, ensuring that your designs are both innovative and user-centric.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including UX researchers and product managers, to iterate on designs and ensure that they meet both user needs and business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present your design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product’s direction, using your design expertise to influence strategic decisions. Your work will directly impact how Trustpilot engages with new consumer audiences, making your contributions vital to the company's growth.
