In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Coupang's sellers by managing their sales activities and ensuring they are compensated for any losses incurred. Your daily tasks will include assessing seller compensation requests and communicating with sellers through online channels to provide assistance and resolve issues. You will also be required to visit the headquarters on your first day to receive the necessary equipment for your role, including a laptop.
