We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable insights and solutions. As part of the Business team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with the operation , program manager and business partners to analyze data, build inferences, and deliver compelling and actionable data insights in terms of reports and dashboards. Candidate should be proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for data analysis.

- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
