You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. You excel in partnering with finance leaders to enable visibility on financial strategies and have a proven track record of driving improvements in data management through innovative approaches. Your analytical skills allow you to translate complex financial data into actionable insights that inform company-wide decisions. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have experience in automating data collection processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at communicating findings to diverse stakeholders. You are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the financial planning and analysis efforts for Microsoft’s Commercial Products and Infrastructure team. You will design new approaches to collecting and evaluating financial data, ensuring that the engineering financial allocation strategy achieves the best return on investment. You will empower your team to drive improvements in data management through automation and the early adoption of AI tools. You will work closely with executive finance leaders to provide a consistent, portfolio-based view of Microsoft’s engineering resource allocation. Your responsibilities will include developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing reports that communicate financial performance to stakeholders. You will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
